LOVER'S SPIT

If i could describe exactly what I feel in a few sentences about Panchi I would be lying. I could say that she changed my life forever. I could say that I have never in my life met anyone like her. I could say that without her I would be lost.....but what is that feeling that you always want to describe but can never put into words? Some people say that it feels like butterflies in your stomach, others have a hard time putting a sentence together when that other persons name is mentioned. I guess those feelings are the things that make us go through so much pain and anguish when there not around. Maybe those feelings are the ones that actually make you think twice about how you live your life. Once you start, you can't really stop.....because both of you are the only ones on the planet that will understand. The only ones that see eachother through the eyes of a lover...unconditional love.
Panchi has not only shown me HOW to love, but she's also shown me how not to be scared when you love. To give yourself up...and to follow your heart.
I followed my heart all the way back to Chile, it took me to the desert, it took me to secluded beaches, it took me to airports filled with anxiety, it took me to parties where the sun came up, it took me to frozen nights where all we had was our body heat. But the whole time, knowing, that she'd be there no matter what.....no matter if I came home from painting, or came home from a walk around the block...she'd be there....waiting......with a genuine, and honest hug and if i was lucky.....a kiss that reminded me of that afternoon at Cau-Cau. And I say lucky, because those perfect kisses are only experienced once in your life. The perfect pressure, the perfect taste.
I love you.

IN THE SANTIAGO HEAT

Last night was one of those nights that only comes once a month..hahahha...Partying has been gangbusters here in Santiago, but yesterday I decided to do something different. I drove from VINA DEL MAR to SANTIAGO for a meeting I had today last night. As soon as I got to my GF's sister's house, there was already party smell.
CHICA FER (my GF's sister) was getting a tattoo at her house..with 3 more people!!!. I couldn't believe it man! The tatto artist had his shit layed out on the table and was drinking Pisco Sour like nobody's business, and if you have ever had a pisco sour, you know that with 2 of them the smell of "the party" gets stronger and stronger.
After we pounded all sour's we they decided to take me to a wading pool that was in the middle of a park...no gates...no security...nothing. I however didn't expect what was to come. I saw the wading pool and I almost shit my pants! It was something out of ARCHITECTURE DIGEST. Very modern, minimal pool that was executed in a way that it wasn't interrupting the derelict feel of the park.
I almost forgot....before going to the park we bought a bottle of PISCO, a bottle of COKE, some bags of chips, a bag of ice, and some cups...and of course...SMOKES. And conveniently enough, I had a basket on the bike I was riding, so everything fit perfectly and we were destined to have an amazing night.
So now, back to the wading pool from space.
It was empty...we had the whole thing to ourselves. It was something out of a movie..like an indie movie...or like KIDS...but at night....and trust me...if there would have been more people...we would have made the sequel.
The photos are coming...but I don't have a USB cord for my camera<-------IDIOT
We were down to our boxers and panties along with MATIAS who was the tattoo artist. Drinking PISCOLA (Pisco and Coke), jumping in the water like we were 6 years old again. Doing back flops, wading, drinking piscola....and let's not forget that it's 31 degrees outside.
I couldn't have asked for anything more. I kind of don't want to talk about it too much, just because the photos say more.
It's just one of those things that "you had to be there".
So yeah....I think that tonight will be the repeater...and I am also going painting later in the day..so I'll upload some photos of that too.

Until next time.

stickers and paint

so as you can see I was celebrating New Years in classic fashion, when it occurred to me that I had stickers in my bag. So I decided to SLAP one on a container in the hopes that it will travel the world. How fucked would it be if one day I see that container with a SLAPPY on it.....I am thinking that never....but you never know, stranger things have happened. Like fontski catching a flick of his own piece while waiting for the train to go by at a railroad crossing.....8 years later.

I also had the chance to see a BASCO-VAZCO piece in an alley way in Valparaiso. This guy is seriously sick and crazy inspiring. This guy has most of Valparaiso painted with surreal depictions of whatever is running through his head. Sick style.

Peace.

More photos..long live NEW YEARS

Happy Fuckin NEW YEARS

I can't even start to describe how much fun this all was. For the first time, I got see the festival of fireworks up front, right on the water, with people that were up for having a blast!
the place was filled with energy as this year, 2009, will mark the bicentenial of Chile. So you can only the energy that was in the air.
These are a few photos of the what were were up to that night, and I am going to post some more photos of that night as well....just cause blogger only allows 5 photos per post....what the F is up that.
